Human: Fall Flat
Human Fall Flat is a slapstick puzzle/adventure game for PC. Here you control a clumsy avatar who struggles with simple walking, jumping, and climbing. Your goal is to finish each stage, which can be quite tough at times. Download Human Fall Flat and try not to go berserk!
Jello Person in a Jello World
Human Fall Flat game looks like a giant playground where everything’s made of rubber, cardboard, and plastic. Drawbridges, giant wooden wheels, building cranes, various platforms and towers. It’s a perfect arena for practicing painful stuntman’s craft.
Physics are the key part of this adventure of frustration. The game’s engine artfully mimics motion and choreography of a drunken person whose body is made from gelatin. Gravity is normal in the game, though, which makes mere walking a heroic feat.
Sound effects convoy a sense of slapstick comedy as every collapse, hit, and stumble is accompanied by a slappy sound borrowed from the old-school cartoons. And as you’re going to fall a lot, you will often hear this fanfare of failure.
Going Slightly Mad
Our Human Fall Flat review promises that the game’s objectives are simple. However, fulfilling them is not. Your repeating goal is to reach the end of an arena to make it to another level.
But each time you’ll have to come up with different solutions and use different tools. Sometimes, you’ll need to move a dangerously red barrel, ape upon its top, and use it as a platform to climb over a high fence.
Other times you’ll be forced to think creatively. For instance, if you see a catapult nearby, that’s a good sign to use your avatar’s doughy body as a projectile and send him flying over a monstrously wide gap.
Beware of snares and pitfalls, though. Your gummy stunt artist can be buried alive under an avalanche of boulders. Or smashed flat by a suddenly opened drawbridge. Or get run over by a 50-ton wagon possibly loaded with turnips.
There’s also a multiplayer option. Two people can control the same avatar having one arm and one leg under command. Or have a sandbox co-op, in which you can troll each other till the Second coming.
The Game of Ouch
Human: Fall Flat specs are surprisingly humane. Thanks to its humble visuals, it requires merely 500 MB of disc space and about 2 GB of RAM. As for the OS, it can run on anything from XP to Windows 10.
Conclusion
Human Fall Flat full game can and will be crazily frustrating. Some of its puzzles are entangled and prompt no obvious solution. And the gummy man’s ineptitude at moving his legs can result in your gamepad getting smashed against the wall. (Repeatedly).
At the same time, it’s mad fun. Crazy stunts, hilarious failures, and mental co-op will bring a fresh vibe to your gaming catalog. Just download Human Fall Flat and see for yourself what it’s like to be a bipedal invertebrate.
